As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) , I provide clinical supervision for associate therapists seeking licensure in Texas.
My approach is rooted in mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and relational and attachment-based theories. I also integrate tools from Nonviolent Communication (NVC), neuroscience, the Enneagram, and somatic practices.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, drawing from various modalities to attune to the mind, body, and spirit of each client. My style is client-centered, intuitive, and adaptive, with a focus on creating a grounded and compassionate space for self-exploration and growth.
I specialize in working with adults (primarily women ages 26+) navigating what I often refer to as “big feelings”—including anxiety, grief, depression, and major life transitions. A unique part of my practice includes working with children (ages 6–12) and their families in in-person sessions. My work with kids is system-focused, often involving collaboration with parents, caregivers, and teachers. I integrate mindfulness, neuroscience, art, play, and talk therapy to support emotional expression and regulation.

I envision a mentorship-style supervisory relationship. My approach is collaborative and supportive, tailored to each associate’s goals—whether that’s pursuing agency work or building a private practice.
I expect associates to show up with a willingness to learn, be curious, engage in reflective dialogue, and be open to growth throughout their internship journey.
I bring a deep understanding of a range of therapeutic models, including developmental theory and up-to-date neuroscience, as well as real-world experience in successfully building and sustaining a private practice.I’ve been fortunate to learn from inspiring mentors and supervisors who shaped how I show up in this role. My child therapy work is recognized for its integrative and system-aware style, and I bring both clinical insight and business strategy into supervision when needed. My style is honest, creative, and grounded in mutual respect.
My fee is $350 per month. This includes weekly supervision meetings, offered as individual, dyadic, or group sessions. I can offer both in person and virtual sessions
(I also provide one 20-minute consultation each month for emergency or urgent situations)
