Starting therapy can be a scary process for some people

The first step is to call or email me to set up a free phone consultation. We will talk about what has led you to seek out therapy and I will answer your questions and/or concerns about therapy.

RATES

In office or walk & talk

$150 per 50 min session

Phone sessions

$150 per 50 min call
$75 per 25 min call

Sliding Scale

A limited number of sliding-scale spots may be available based on financial hardship and clients willingness to fully participate to therapeutic process. Please address this in initial phone consultation if you think it might apply to you. If sliding scale is set up, therapist has right to redress payment if finances or participation changes.

Insurance

For all other insurances who offer behavior health insurance I can provide you with a SuperBill for filling independently. Filing out of network with insurance is solely the client’s responsibility and is based on the insurance provider plan.

I also accept insurance Flex spending cards and HSA cards, please enter that card into the credit card portion of your intake.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a fee of full session rate for missed appointments and late cancellations.

A 36 hour notice for appointment cancellation is required in order to not incur a fee.
